The Loaf ‘N Jug Chile & Frijoles Festival takes place in downtown Pueblo, Colo., stretching along Union Avenue between East B Street and West 1st Street, just a couple blocks away from the Pueblo Convention Center. Some roads near the festival may be closed to traffic, be sure to consult local listings for detailed road closure information in the days surrounding the festival.
Directions
Whether you’re traveling from Colorado Springs or Santa Fe, if you’re coming to the festival from the north or south, Pueblo is easily reached using I-25:
- Take the interstate to Exit 98B onto East 1st Street (left if arriving from the south, right if arriving from the north).
- Turn right onto North Santa Fe Avenue.
- Turn left onto West 4th Street.
- Turn right onto Midtown Circle Drive.
- Turn left onto West 6th Street.
Free parking is available at the Midtown Shopping Center, along with a shuttle that will drop you off at the festivities.
Festival attendees traveling from the east or west can find the festival using Highway 50. Take Highway 50 to Highway 96 and follow the above directions, starting at West 4th Street.
